We provide robes, slippers and lockers for your personal items during spa services.

We request that you leave all jewelry at home when enjoying our spa treatments.

Products used are available for purchase in our Solutions Retail area.

Return Policy: We take great pride in our Solutions Retail area. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation for wedding party should be done at least two weeks in advance. Cancellation for regular appointment should be done at least 24 hours in advance.

Due to our active booking schedule, please remember to book your next salon or spa visit BEFORE you leave.

We pride ourselves in giving you true value as well as service. Therefore, we maintain a NO TIPPING policy and ask that you refrain from offering additional compensation for your salon or spa service.
